Originally from England, Mr. Joe graduated from the University of Nottingham. After working in other industries, he trained as a teacher to help shape the lives of young people. He gained a PGCE from the University of Roehampton and later completed a master’s in educational leadership and management at the University of Buckingham.

Since arriving in the UAE via Melbourne, he has held several leadership positions in both British Curriculum and International Baccalaureate schools. He is passionate about promoting growth across the WSF community and is committed to ensuring students and staff thrive in an environment of collaboration and high expectations.
