She holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and a PGCE, alongside the National Professional Qualifications for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) and Headship (NPQH).
Her career has included progressive leadership roles such as Vice Principal, Assistant Principal, and Head of Department. Her expertise spans teaching and learning, curriculum development, safeguarding, pastoral care, and professional development. Aisha is deeply committed to inclusive education and to empowering both students and staff to achieve excellence.
